November 18 Suncatchers...Quite a wonderful gift to make for friends... D.I.Y. Takes abt 40mins to get one out...
It comes in a pack with baking crystals & a metal frame. Just put the frame on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil and fill up the empty spaces with a straw cut at an angle. After you are done, bake for 15-20mins or until the crystals have melted completely.
The difficult part is filling up the spaces... as some of the crystals seem to have a life on it's own! *LoL*
I forgot to take a "AFTER" picture... but it's quite nice I think.
Just gotta be careful of the sides... I've got a couple of spots that overflowed into the other colours.
**Can be purchased from ART FRIEND at Takashimaya. November 15 Bumper Season!!Oh dear! The movie bumper season is here again.... Have done Stardust (IT WAS GOOD!!!).

7) National Treasure: The Book Of Secrets November 14 Before it is too late...It has been a very hectic and upsetting week.
Exactly a week ago, my grandpa had a very nasty fall nad broke his hip bone… and none of us knew about it until the hospital called the next morning. It was a grueling and painful time as there have been complications and delay and watsnots due to the fact that he is old (91yrs old) and thou an op was scheduled for Sunday 11th Nov, it was cancelled as his BP shot up to 170+. Every time I see him struggle and yell in pain and talking to the air incoherently as if he was ready to leave us… and seeing him all bruised up, unable to move yet trying to really hard to… pulling out the tubes and even biting off the blood transfusion tube and getting tied down to the bed and isolated and all… I cry.
It was even more heartbreaking to see my mum cry.
Today is my birthday, and my sister’s birthday is 2 days later and my parents’ wedding anniversary on the 18th Nov. It was to be a week of celebration… but I can say we’ve lost the entire mood. I’ve even cancelled a couple of dinners with my friends…
But I thank god for the opportunity given to us to still continue to love my grandpa. He’s successfully operated and is now recuperating. Though he’ll likely to not walk well again, and has to go to nursing home to recuperate and learn to walk… I still have my beloved grandpa around. I know one day he will eventually leave us… but, that is not now.
Please pray with me for his speedy and complete recovery.
Love while the ones you love are still around. Don’t wait till it is too late. November 11 Suffocation... by stupidity?November 08 The things my sister gets away with...Sometimes i really don't understand why my sister does what she does! At times, I think she is just plain dumb...
On 4th Sept 2006, i put up a blog of her massacre of the eggs in the fridge (click here) and yesterday afternoon... while i was at work, she mms a picture of another massacre. This time... MY MUM'S NAILS!
And she gets away with it... ALWAYS.
*sighs very hard* November 05 I Am A MooncakeIt was one of those really regular weekend where i went out for breakfast with family... Dad had to run off to send my brother back to camp 1st and he came back to pick us up after he dropped bro off. And the following conversations had us in guffles as we got up the car...
Dad: *giggle* (it was a giggle or something like that la!) look like moulds....
Sis & I: Moulds? What moulds?
Dad: Y'know... the kind that they use to make mooncakes...
Sis & I: ?????
Dad: Y'know? They make mooncakes using moulds? The SAME MOULD?
Me: ???? Wat are you talking about? (obviously 3 hours of sleep the night before caused me to be rather SLOW)
Sis: *LoL* he say we look like we came from the same mould la! Look like mummy! Geddit?!
ME: ..................... *LoL*
